A good start is to find your current ambassadors who are customers and Instagram followers. The easiest way is to look for influencers within your follower base. It could take some time to manually go through them. An alternative is to let Scope detect them automatically with our Start plan. Next step is to reach out to those you think is a good fit for your program.
Start by finding a bigger influencer with over 100k followers that is relevant to your brand. The tactic is to let the influencer promote your ambassador program and bring in smaller influencers that follow her/him. This way you can get hundreds or thousands of requests in minutes…
Reward your most loyal ambassador and give them your attention. It could be a small gift or simply a shout out on your Instagram page. Who's the most loyal? For example you can reward the person with most mentions or nicest content. Find your own important metric. To go even further let them be a part of the product creation.
