Step by step guide
These few steps only took me 10 minutes to complete.
1. I got 3 profiles from Alabama University.
2. I clicked "Get Following" on those three profiles.
4. I used the "Most Followed By" feature to get 983 results.
5. This helped me get from 3 to 15 profiles, which is enough to create a Lookalike.
6. Once you have 15 profiles, run Lookalike (the goal of finding micro-influencers with 1-10k followers from in this case Alabama uni, but could work with any college in the US).
Result
Lookalike result: 743 profiles, Alabama university and female.
